Dear Bill:
This letter is a reference to those requiring the need for a very dependable E911 system. The City of Boulder City cannot express enough just how pleased we are with the system implemented by Experient Corporation.
We were looking to replace our current legacy system with a reliable yet cost-effective solution. First-rate support for this high-available application was a major concern. During our search process, we met Bill O'Neil, President of Experient. We were impressed with Bill's proposed E911 solution. The design and reliability of the system, plus his commitment to provide exceptional customer service were key factors to purchasing the system.
Best of all, Experient was able to bring it all to fruition as promised. The system has proven to be exceptionally reliable. In addition, Bill notified us when they noticed a problem with one of the E911 circuits not responding. We notified our carrier and the issue was resolved. Due to the efficient remote monitoring and notification by Experient this issue was resolved before the carrier or our Dispatchers realized there was a problem.
I can honestly say as an I. T. Manager who understands the support challenges involved with high available systems that we couldn't have chosen a better company to meet our need. Our Police Department is also very appreciative of the system and support.
We highly recommend Experient and their E911 system. You are welcome to have us contacted regarding our experience with the system and Experient.
Sincerely,
Maureen Walsh

This letter is just a brief note to those that are looking to invest in a Dependable E911 system with a competent and reliable company that was interested in providing a good system and not just collecting money for a maintenance contract and never showing up to fix recurrent problems.
In 2001 I was under-whelmed by the 911 provider we had. As I was shopping for a system that would meet our needs without devastating our budget, I was referred to Bill O'Neil, President of a new company that was building a E911 system and would be marketing it very soon. I called Mr. O'Neil and met him that same week.
As I detailed our issues with our current system and provider, he promised a solution to our woes. (How many times have we heard that?) As things progress edit became obvious that Mr. O'Neil really did know what he was talking about. As we got closer to entering into a purchase agreement we began wondering if we would be making a mistake going with a "New" company that might not be in business very long.
We were frustrated enough with our previous provider I was ready to use smoke signals if I could get away from the other provider. We agreed to be a Beta test site for Experient.
As time has proven Mr. O'Neil and the Experient system have exceeded any of our expectations from the system reliability to the customer service.
As an example of the service we have received, last week as we were moving a dispatch work station (Due to expansion) one of our 911 cables was un-plugged and we plugged it back in immediately. In about twenty seconds our center received a call from Experient advising they had received an alarm and it looked like a cable had been un-plugged and then plugged back in. They were checking to make sure everything was working properly. The 20 seconds is accurate as to the time it took for them to establish contact with us. The system has not "Gone down" since we changed over.
I can without any reservation recommend and in fact urge you to seriously consider Experient for your 911 PSAP system. The only regret we have is that we did not move sooner to have Experient as our 911 provider. If I can answer any questions pertaining to Mr. O'Neil or Experient please contact our Communications Div. Commander Randy Long or I at any time.
Sincerely,
Stu Nay

To Whom It May Concern:
I would recommend to any PSAP, Experient's 911 system. I have found Experient to be adaptable to any exigency including adjustments to switches, databases and CAD systems. My present system has no problems and does what you would expect of a 911 CPE system, to just sit there, quietly and efficiently, and do its job.
I have found the staff at Experient to be extremely knowledgeable but yet able to communicate the complexity of their knowledge without rebuff and with clarity. I have found them to be very detail oriented, not leaving until the job is perfect.
Finally, I am very confident in the innovation ability of Experient to keep pace with the changes of NG911 and look forward to further collaboration with their staff in this regard.
Respectfully Yours,

To Whom It May Concern:
In April of 2004 my department entered into an agreement with Bill O'Neal, President and Chief Executive Officer of Experient, to provide a 9-1-1 communications system for our county. Since then, that system has proven to be a very worthwhile investment.
From our initial interest in Experient, Mr. O'Neal personally took the initiative to aid us in formulating a proposal for our quorum court to finance the new equipment. Upon the court's agreement of the purchase, Mr. O'Neal traveled to meet with our communications director, the local telephone company, and myself to ensure that we were all in agreement as to what would be required to implement the system and, more specifically, how that would apply to each of us. Since implementation of the Experient apparatus, Mr. O'Neal has diligently assisted in every possible way to help us reap the utmost benefit from his product. As we have accustomed ourselves to the program, he has always been available to assist us in troubleshooting, even if that means personally coming to our department. Moreover, his patience and pleasant personality, particularly as we've learned to utilize his product, have made the transition quite smooth. The meticulousness put forth by Mr. O'Neal and other members of the Experient team exemplifies that which is available from only the very best.
Overall, I would rate Experient as a top-notch business, and I have been extremely pleased with their product and service. Bill O'Neal has excelled at creating a company that is impressively equipped to furnish a superior product and exemplary service.
Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern:
Black Hawk Police Department has been doing business with Experient 911 and Bill O'Neil for over a year now, and I must say we have been pleased with his product, support and customer service.
After our research for a new system that was both affordable, reliable and had a strong maintenance and customer support plan, Experient 911 stood above the rest in all categories and has continued to do so during our entire affiliation with them.
Experient stays innovative and willing to grow and provide the needed improvements for the various agencies they service. Bill O'Neil has delivered what he promised and is very attentive to any of our 911 issues that have arisen. Though we seldom have any problems with his product, he is often aware of a problem or potential problem before we are. And he has been very prompt in providing a solution.
I would highly recommend Experient 911 and Bill O'Neil as an excellent provider of 911 services. You may contact me personally if you need any further information or recommendations. Feel free to call me at 303-582-2287 ext. 361 any time Monday thru Thursday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
