We developed and implemented a comprehensive digital signage solution for a client seeking to compete with cash discounts, enabling their business customers to efficiently manage advanced signage and enhancing the overall digital experience for end consumers.
Challenge
The client’s primary competitor was regularly offering major cash discounts to their large customers. In an effort to compete, our client wanted to provide differentiating digital signage capabilities to their business customers.
Approach
Experient partnered with our client to develop a digital signage solution powered by a mobile app (Android & iOS), a web app, and a physical Google Chrome plug-in, to be commercialized to their customer base. In addition to the software development, there was significant hardware testing to ensure quality setup screens and video across a wide customer base. The Experient team led the building, support, and continual enhancement of a system that allows retail stores and restaurants to implement and manage advanced digital signage in a rapid fashion.
