Leadership Team

Prior to launching Experient Group, Inc., Jonathon was an executive at the North Highland Company, where he served on the board of directors. He also worked in IT systems and development at Georgia Pacific focusing primarily on business and IT strategy, and for Walt Disney World implementing systems and project management best practice methodologies as well as managing multiple client-server development initiatives.

Over the years, she has led award-winning digital strategy, product innovation, and customer experience work for major brands including UPS, The Home Depot, Coca-Cola, Turner, HoneyBaked Ham, and the International Olympic Committee. She also founded Fittery, a SaaS company in the digital retail space focused on improving how consumers shop. Fittery was named Top Innovator of the Year by Apparel Magazine and was sponsored by Bloomingdale’s as part of the New York Fashion Tech Lab. Her work has been featured by TechCrunch and at FashInvest. She has spoken on leadership and digital transformation, including at eTail, and she was honored with the Women in Remarketing Award by Auto Remarketing for contributions to the automotive industry. She holds an MIT certification in Artificial Intelligence and a degree from Emory University.

He has a strong background in strategic financial and operational management with a deep understanding of the demands of growing a business responsibly while mitigating risks and maintaining financial health.
Carl joined Experient Group in 2018 as the Vice President of Business Operations.


With nearly 20 years of consulting experience, he specializes in building and operationalizing technology to transform businesses and unlock new capabilities. He is passionate about building, leading, and scaling teams to tackle meaningful challenges with a positive approach. He has a proven track record of enhancing people, processes, and technologies across diverse industries, including QSR, Healthcare, FinTech, Retail, Consumer Products, Oil & Gas, Insurance, and the Federal Government. He has served numerous Fortune 500, privately held, startup, and FTSE 100 clients, and completed multiple international assignments, including a notable 2-year secondment in London.
Before joining Experient Group, he held positions at Pariveda Solutions, North Highland, Manhattan Associates, and IBM.

John has over 30 years of management consulting experience solving business problems by implementing and managing technology solutions in industries such as quick-service restaurants, consumer products, insurance, and utilities. Specific areas of expertise include IT Management, Complex Program Management, Managed Services, and Cloud-Based Operations.
Prior to joining Experient Group, John worked with consulting companies such as North Highland, Computer Management Sciences, Inc. and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
