We successfully established and continue to support integrations between a quick service restaurant client and third-party delivery services, enhancing digital sales by creating a stable and efficient sales channel.

Challenge

To grow their digital sales and compete with other Quick Service Restaurants, our client wanted to gain a foothold in the food delivery business.  They recognized that the fastest way to add this capability was to partner with existing third-party delivery services such as Uber Eats and Grubhub.

Approach

Experient is building, maintaining, and supporting the integrations between our client’s systems and third-party delivery providers.  The integrations include location hours, menu items, orders, promotions, and workflow optimized to efficiently get the food to the customer. We established the project operating model and are filling all roles on the project team which have included Delivery Lead, Product Owner, Technical Lead & Architect, Software Engineers, Business Analyst, Quality Assurance & Engineering, and Production Support.

Our client is meeting their goal of increasing digital sales by providing an additional stable sales channel that we continue to build and maintain.
