We developed a comprehensive playbook and change management plan for a large beverage company, enhancing their global digital marketing automation rollout process by standardizing skills and improving processes to better capture customer requirements and improve the success of international rollouts.
Challenge
A large beverage company needed to upgrade their ability to roll out digital marketing automation products globally. The problem was that product was too slow to market, the process was inefficient, and the end product didn’t reliably capture all customer requirements. This resulted in lower compliance/acceptance of rollouts in certain countries.
Solution
We worked closely with the team to uncover current state barriers to success, which included a team that needed more standardized skills for how to take product to market, as well as a better process to ensure that customer requirements were gathered early enough and included change management tactics like pilots and gradual rollout options. We delivered a playbook that covered all of the skills and operating procedures to ensure that the team had clear direction on how to operate to ensure the appropriately thorough incorporation of customer needs and ultimate adoption into the process.
